We've had a customer report concerning electrical interference that resulted in erratic control panel behavior.
The report also stated that "We were able to greatly reduce or eliminate a problem caused by electrical interference by adding a
ferrite bead close to the Hawk PCB on the flat ribbon cable the control buttons are on."
